We offer free in-store pickup and flat-rate standard shipping via USPS with tracking. In some cases we may ship via UPS Ground depending on the distance/weight/size of package. Please contact us if you require expedited or signed-for service.

Once orders ship and are accepted by the mail courier, Port of Raleigh relinquishes responsibility of delivery of goods to selected courier service.
We ship to the address provided during checkout. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, or are registered by the mail courier as “delivered” but not received by purchaser (i.e. stolen from front door), Port of Raleigh is not responsible for the value of lost merchandise and related shipping costs.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for an alternate shipping address and invoice for shipping costs.
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift you can add a gift message at checkout in the “Special Instructions” text box in your Cart page. We will include a hand-written message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
Our policy lasts 15 days after receipt is made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 15 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Clearance items (in "sale" section of websites) are final and will not be accepted for return or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges may be accepted if the above requirements are met. All related shipping costs for exchanges are buyer's responsibility.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (the recipient), you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and claim no responsibility.
